I was a customer service representative for AT&T Wireless. I handled customer inquiries about billings, promotions, and discounts. I also did some sales for phone devices and phone plans. I specialized in cancelling accounts as part of the retention department, and I kept the customer accounts updated as well.​

I was a customer service representative for an international retail company called eBay. I was part of both sellers and buyers account as an online chat support first and later on voice customer service. I resolved disputes for shipping, claims, and damages. And I provided a bit of technical support. ​
Virtual Assistant

I worked as a virtual assistant for a small, local travel agency where I handled calls, emails, and chats. I managed their social media accounts and I catered to clients online, offering them tour packages, flights, car services, and accommodations.
